• How do I get my order ripped on stream?

Make sure when you add the products to the cart that you select Rip live!

• What happens to my order when I place it when you are offline or the Queue is closed but I want it ripped live?

All orders placed off stream and after the Queue closes will be added to the waitlist until you are present on stream.

• What if I don't want my order to be ripped on stream?

If you want the product shipped to you sealed make sure to select Ship sealed when adding products to the cart.

• Do you ship bulk?

Yes, we ship everything that comes out of the sealed package unless told otherwise.
